Here I conducted research with consumers and collaborators, in addition to working on Omni journeys such as Click and Collect and Checkout. I applied usability tests, monitored performance and results, and worked in line with the main OKR's of our tribe.
C&A
I joined C&A to work focused on improving the experience for the beauty area. I carried out important studies for the area, working on research, creating journeys, flows and personas, bringing important insights to the business.
Natura
I worked on several digital projects, aimed at consultants or consumers. Natura brought me an enriching experience in processes, autonomy and squad work.
